HR Generalist

Manages the entire recruitment cycle by sourcing, short listing, scheduling interview and offer employment, to fulfil the manpower needs of the company.
- Arranging and conducting face-to-face interview sessions with the concerned person
- Conducting necessary background checks
- Involve in induction and on-boarding which include giving offer letter with brief working agreement or policies
- Responsible for Employee Relations and welfare of the employees
- Able to conduct counselling for staff who has discipline issue and notify the HR Manager to issue Warning Letters
- Oversees general office administration, such as office equipment & maintenance, coordinate the HR meeting every two weeks once, changes password for company alarm HQ and register/renew Port Klang Free Industrial Pass for new join/exist staff
- Assist senior in performance appraisal
- Keeping track in turnover rate
- Workforce management, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits.
- Any ad-hoc task will be informed by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human resource field or Fresh Graduate also encourage to apply
- Basic knowledge in Labour Law
- At least Diploma in Human Resource or any related field.
- Able to be obliged to the task given and complete the task that have been set by KPIs
- Good work ethics, motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure.
- Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication in Malay and English
- Must have own transportation and valid license.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
