HR Generalist

l Administer compensation and benefit plans
l Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
l Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
l Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
l Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
l Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
l Undertake tasks around performance management
l Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
l Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
l Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
l Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; (use Excel to process payroll)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as individual with a results driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR recruitment will be a plus
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
