We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our HR team at Neuropower (M) Sdn Bhd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
- HR Administration: Handle new hire documentation, send offer letters, and monitor staff attendance and leave management.
- Workforce Planning: Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational restructuring and change management, and attend management meetings to discuss HR strategies.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
