**Position: HR Generalist (Manager)**
**Industry: Manufacturing**
**Location: Tampoi, Johor**
**Salary: RM6,000 - RM9,000**
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Talent Management**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to assess staffing needs and devise talent acquisition plans.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment efforts.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency.
**Employee Relations and Compliance**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex HR issues.
**Talent Development and Performance Management**
- Support employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Assist in career development planning for employees.
**HR Operations and Administration**
- Oversee HR operations and benefits administration.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage HR documentation and records.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management review.
**Requirement & Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
