HR and Admin Manager

**The company**
Our client is an established logistics company who provides airfreight, ocean freight and contract logistics solutions across more than 120 locations globally**.**
The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible to oversee HR services, policies and program. Responsibilities including recruitment, managing employee benefits program, prepare offer letters, manage employee relations. Ensure compliance with HR legislation while balancing corporate and business needs, and employee morale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all stages of employee lifecycle.
- Issue employee contracts, facilitate the onboarding process and begin work preparations for new employees.
- Collaborate with an outsourced vendor in handling payroll processing.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address their needs and expectations.
- Administer leave entitlement, provide support and advice on compensation and benefit initiatives,
- Implement and align HR strategy at a global and regional level.
- Generate request reports and metrics for corporate HR and APAC Leaderships.
- Stay up to date on changes in employment legislation, proactively advice on legal matters, and review company agreements.
- Regularly update the employee handbook and policies in accordance with employee legislation.
- Promote company cultures, strategic workforce planning, engagement, diversity and innovation channels.
- Coordinate with corporate HR on job descriptions, job title structuring and compensation audits.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation in all employment practices.
- Carry out various administrative and support functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Human Resource related certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in the similar role.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act and other employment-related legislation is required.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
- Detail oriented, problem solver, analytical and support ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
