**HR & Admin Assistant**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document management, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliations.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR & Admin Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
