HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support in full spectrum of HR & Administration operation including recruitment and selection, performance management, training & development, leave management, compensation and benefit, employee welfare, payroll and Employee Relationship.
.Responsible for issuance of employment letters, confirmation letter, warning letters, resignation letters and etc.
- To ensure staff database and staff correspondence are properly updated in HRIS system and personal file.
- Compensation & Benefits: To handle group insurance, medical, leave management and allowances as per existing HR Policy and Guidelines.
- Recruitment & Selection: Ensure manpower requirement are fulfilled at all time through effective recruitment and selection planning.
- Training & Development: To handle training & development program including orientation training and training records.
- Assist in stationery/ name card/ refreshment order; company insurance, security and cleaning management.
- To handle payroll processing, overtimes claim and maintain staff confidential information.
- Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin working experiences.
- Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
- Independent, resourceful and meticulous.
- Good time management skills and team player.
- Computer literate, notably Microsoft Applications.
