To assist in the onboarding & offboarding program for new hires and resignees to ensure all relevant documents pertaining to this process are updated and in order.
- To assist in Training & Development Program - conduct training need analysis (TNA) sourcing for suitable trainers, pre & post training evaluation and manage HRDC account
- Manage & updating employees records including employee P-file, leave, claim & other documents in the HRIS
- Assist in the organizational Development program and implementation of HR initiatives
- Responsible for all General Affairs/Office Admin related matters
- **Requirements**:_
- Min Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 2-3 years’ similar working experience in general HR
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/Payroll system

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
