**Working Hour: Standard**

**Location: Shah Alam - Remote**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a competent workforce through effective coordination and communication.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking as well as payroll processes.
- Supervise general administration and the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions.
- Perform any HR and admin related tasks assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing talent networks and pools within logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide effective solutions.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive attitude towards meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude with good reporting skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
