The HR Admin Assistant is a pivotal role responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, overseeing office event management, and ensuring efficient building management. This multifaceted position requires a blend of HR expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of office operations. Recruitment Support:

- Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.

Attendance and Leave Management:

- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.

HR Documentation:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.
- Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.

Office Event Management:

- Plan, organize, and execute office events and celebrations.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics

Training and Development:

- Coordinate training programs and events, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities.
- Maintain training records and track employee development.

Building Management
- Collaborate with facilities management for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the office space.
- Address building-related issues and liaise with service providers for repairs and improvements.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
