Accurately process and record account receivable invoices, delivery order (DO) and Credit Note (CN), ensuring timely and correct billing.
- Facilitate stock disposal procedures through remote video calls (outstation), and verify stock disposal at the warehouse to ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
- Assist in accounts month-end closing.
- Contribute to monthly inventory stock counts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
- Uphold adherence to internal guidelines and policies, facilitating smooth and effective audit processes.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors, supporting the team's diverse needs and adapting to changing priorities.
- **Requirements**:_
- Min Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 8 years’ similar working experience in general HR or Organization development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead the HR team and manage the organization development well
- Experienced in FMCG line as a HR Manager

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
