**Full Job Description**
**Responisibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and communications and general office administration.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- To handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities.
- Have knowledge and experience in managing foreign workers recruitment process, permit renewal and passport renewal will be added advantage.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, counselling on work-related problems and disciplinary issues.
- Develop, maintain, and review the Human Resources Policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
- Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Have knowledge and experience in HR 2000
Skills **:Minimum 7 to 10 years experience being a HR Manager, Able to set up policy and familiar with Employment Act.**
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources
- At least 7 to 10 year(s) of experience in a similar position preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act, other related statutory requirements.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Independent, good leadership skills, growth mindset, negotiation, positive thinking, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
