Job Details

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions. You will be responsible for managing various HR activities including payroll, leave management, performance management, and recruitment support. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a company dedicated to sustainability and employee well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

- 1. Payroll Management:

- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using our designated payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide support as needed.

2. Leave Management:

- Administer and maintain leave records for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to facilitate leave requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Keep abreast of relevant leave regulations and implement necessary updates to company policies.

3. Performance Management:

- Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

4. Recruitment Support:

- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and coordinating pre-employment assessments as needed.

5. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

6. HDRF & Training Support:

- Oversee the utilization of HRDF funds in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational requirements.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning events, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with exposure to payroll, leave management, performance management, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and applicable laws and regulations (Well versed in employment act).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR generalist: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
