Looking to be part of a trusted supply chain team? The Supply Chain Assurance team at Dell is dedicated to adapting to global uncertainties and ensuring the security of our supply chain through collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The Role: Senior Advisor

Location: Penang, Malaysia

A Unique Opportunity:

As a Senior Advisor in the Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Directorate, you'll play a key role in influencing Dell's business strategies to achieve our security and resilience goals. You'll collaborate with various teams to safeguard our supply chain against potential risks by leveraging intelligence programs and enhancing security measures.

What you'll achieve:

  • Oversee risk intelligence sources to strengthen supply chain security and resilience
  • Bridge the gap between the Integrity and Security team and the Intelligence and Resilience team
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier mapping, risk sensing, and supply chain traceability
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on open-source information and the use of AI for operational efficiency

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in project/program management, supply chain, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences
  • Deep knowledge of geopolitical issues and their impact on policy and trends
  • Experience working with diverse teams and senior management
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and influence decision-making
