JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business and introduce/notify visitors to the relevant personnel, and resolve any related-issues.
  • Provide a professional and efficient reception service.
  • Project a friendly, welcoming attitude to all employees and visitors.
  • Receive any form of communications and ensure they are delivered to the relevant personnel on time.
  • Answer incoming calls, evaluate callers' intentions, and route calls to the relevant personnel or department.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and parcels, while keeping detailed records of all transactions.
  • Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
  • Coordinate and set-up internal and external events as requested, including catering, set-up, cleanliness, and all other logistics issues.
  • Provide direction to the cleaner and caretaker, ensuring that a high level of service is provided.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception and office building, and provide timely feedback/report any areas of concerns with regards to the standards and condition of the premises to the immediate superior.
  • Manage all meeting rooms and coordinate with the relevant personnel professionally.
  • Oversee, monitor the employee's attendance, and leave records, and present the monthly report to the immediate superior.
  • Perform any other job/function and/or ad-hoc assignment that may be assigned, as and when required by the immediate superior.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Studies, Management, or related field.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa and ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Excellent computer skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Able to handle office equipment:
photocopy, binding, and laminate machine.

  • Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Pleasant personality.
  • Possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Organised and resourceful
  • Good working attitude and responsiveness.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
