Financial Management:

  • Perform monthly financial analysis and to work closely with GAPM pillars in assessing department financial.
  • Prepare monthly report for financial analysis with justification for anomalies in and generate accurate monthly forecast for P&L and Income.
  • Manage actual expenses tracking and insufficient budget issue by propose the appropriate budget transfer.
  • Ensure accurate and timely provisions & accruals submission on monthly basis in proper General Ledger and Responsilibity Centre.
  • Manage end to end budget process for CBI and department Opex including templates, collation, comparative information, review and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage all fixed asset related matters such as GAPM laptop management, bar code request, writeoffs, retirements, and transfers of assets and etc.
  • Manage all Intercompany related activities such as review of MSA, preparation of Addendum to MSA, update of quarterly Basis of Charge for Intragroup Service Arrangement, yearly HOCA submission and other intercompany related events.
  • Manage all financial related matters in compliance with Group Finance requirement.
  • Provide advise or recommendation on accounting process and financial treatments.
  • Manage queries on financial related matters from all stakeholders.

Contract Management:

  • Manage contract by working closely with GAPM pillars and GSP to ensure completeness of contract signing as per Group's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a proper tracking system of contract management and reconcile against GSP records on timely basis.

Others:

  • Preparation of financial related slides for all meeting deck.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head, Admin Support and/or Head of Department from time to time.
People Management

  • Manage the performance of the team members and enhance their competency in performing their responsibilities.
  • Manage staff resources and provide continuous coaching and monitoring of staff development.
