Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Improve brand awareness and customer loyalty through continuing education, face to face, GE led workshops and webinars.
  • Develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations. Build Key opinion leaders network in AKA.
  • Interface between Product and Commercial Marketing/Segments to integrate product roadmap requirements.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
  • Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices
  • Act as a mentor to field team, providing clinical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience
  • Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes
  • Develop and expand utilization and differentiation of our tools and technologies in the mentioned care area.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with related industry partners & academic societies.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience selling medical device and equipment
  • Experience in Ultrasound imaging clinical, sales and/or marketing
  • Understanding of clinical workflow and practice patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix international environment
  • Deep marketing expertise in strategy, market analysis and product commercialization
  • Strategic planner and clear thinker with ability to drive change across Ultrasound
  • Innovation develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent Presentation and public speaking skills, ability to deliver simplified messages to a diversified target audience from Academic, to clinical to technical and be able to get the message through.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as nationwide and international sites.
  • Representation in meetings and tradeshows may additionally be required.
  • Customer contact experience Team oriented ability to motivate and work well with diverse, crossfunctional teams Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers)
