  • Familiarity with telephone systems, copiers, and other office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite and professional, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Detailoriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Setting up the conference rooms.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Order food and beverages as refreshments if the meeting time or event falls during a mealappropriate time.
  • Setting up the food and beverages in the specified room or area.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Salary:

RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
