**QUALIFICATION**
- **1 year of experience as a Receptionist.**:

- Other administrative or clerical duties as needed.
- Familiarity with telephone systems, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite and professional, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Age between 20 - 25 years old.**:

- **Able to start in a short notice period is a plus (Immediate Hiring).**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Setting up the conference rooms.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Order food and beverages as refreshments if the meeting time or event falls during a meal-appropriate time.
- Setting up the food and beverages in the specified room or area.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
