Position:
Analyst Dev Engineer / SOC Analyst

Responsibility:

  • Provide engineering support for SOC environment and its software life cycle management.
  • Test and deploy patches for SOC systems.
  • Supports SOC team in planning lifecycle of security log sources, including onboarding, modifying and decommissioning of log sources.
  • Perform data engineering to extract data and load for security monitoring.
  • Work with SOC team to deploy new features and changes to SOC environment.
  • Troubleshooting of issues in relation to SOC technologies within the SOC environment
and escalates to Subject Matter.

  • Experts to resolve issues when necessary.
  • Attributes of a Software Developer as described in the JF "R&D", such mapping is also
permissible.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Etc.
  • 5 years of Experience.
  • Experience in SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR or TIPGood Linux and network fundamentals.
  • Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell and Bash will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and written skill.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM6, RM6,500.00 per month
