Responsibilities:

  • Manage master list of employees system
  • Manage daily attendance system (Attendance & OT)
  • Checking and verify the overtime summary sheets and monthly claims.
  • Update workers name list to panel clinics in monthly basic
  • Liase with government agencies related HR matters
  • Maintains stock lists and orders for office supplies as needed
  • IT, phone, photocopier machine, fire extinguisher and other office equipment arrangement
  • Filling office documentation.
  • Other adhoc assignment from time to time

Requirement:

  • Able to communicate and interact with various level of staffComputer literate, experience in operating HR software
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
