Mandarin Customer Service Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance
- Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets
- Crossselling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages
- Spingating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Undertake any other duties asandwhen assigned by the Management
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Qualification: SPM
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
- Good command of
spoken and written in Mandarin:

- Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused
Customer service skills
- Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends
(ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 1PM 2AM): - Required to have own transportation arrangement
- Able to start immediately
Basic RM2,400 + RM200 to RM400 RNR allowance + RM300 language allowance + shift allowance + incentive up to RM1,000:
