Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive, responsible in enforcement of quality and halal standards in cafés and third-party logistics warehouse by performing quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities_

In this role, you are responsible:

  • To conduct quarterly food safety & hygiene inspection for all cafes to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements & internal standards.
  • To manage halal awareness training for café brew crew delivery of training, monitor completion of training modules.
  • To conduct preliminary & internal halal audits in cafés.
  • To conduct followup visits in underperforming cafés.
  • To conduct periodic thirdparty logistics & external warehouse inspection and supplier audit.
  • To be involved in HACCP & MSQH certification in selected cafes by making sure internal system comply with the requirements.
  • To conduct Food Handler Training for all TCB&TL crews (for MOH certified Food Handler Trainers only).
  • To coordinate & provide support to Operations department during MOH or local authority audits as and when necessary.
  • To evaluate & propose quality improvement initiatives deemed necessary.
  • To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Your Ingredients_

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or other related discipline.
  • At least 12 years of working experience in the related field.

MUST be a Certified Halal Executive certificate holder.

  • Knowledgeable in outlet operations, HACCP and GMP.
  • Certified Food Handler Trainer.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Auditing experience and ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently.
