- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Quality Control Executive, responsible for performing assessment and documentation tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control activities.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you will be required to:

- Manage MeSTI/Trust MyCatering certification by making sure internal system comply to the requirements.
- Support and oversee completion of daily QC checks in Production.
- Conduct periodic Production Food Safety & Hygiene inspection, Internal Warehouse & Extract Room Inspection and Electrical Safety Inspection.
- Monitor compliance of preparation SOPs in Production.
- Responsible for product feedback & complaint investigation.
- Organize microbiological sampling in Production (including shelf-life testing) & cafés with HACCP & MSQH certification.
- Manage measuring equipment & chiller/freezer calibration for Production by maintaining the calibration master list & monitoring the validity of calibration certificates.
- Monitor thorough completion of Production quality records.
- Coordinate & provide support to Production department during JAKIM, MOH or local authority audits as and when necessary.
- To evaluate & propose quality improvement initiatives deemed necessary.
- To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.
- **Your Ingredients**_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or other related discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess Professional Halal Executive certificate is an added advantage.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
- Auditing experience and ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
