a) Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers/firewalls, networks/loadbalance, and hardware.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
  • Monitor and manage IT resources to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.

b) User Support:

  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure workstations and devices for new hires.
  • Train employees on the proper use of IT resources.
  • Diagnose, debug and resolve problems effectively.
  • Responding to support issue and change requests from user.

c) Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices to safeguard data and systems.
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity threats and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

d) Software and Application Management:

  • Manage software licenses and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with software vendors for support and issue resolution.

e) Data Backup and Recovery:

  • Establish and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Test and verify data backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans.

f) IT Projects (TPP Systems):

  • Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

g) Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Create and update user guides and training materials.

h) Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for hardware, software, and services.

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, android studio.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases creation and operating systems.
  • Experience in API development or API related services.
  • Understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Detailoriented and have fast problemsolving skill.
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess driving license and willing to travel to support branch offices.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the healthcare industry (is an advantage).

Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
