Responsible in planning, organizing, managing, controlling and communicating on all phases of a project service.

  • Negotiate and deal with clients and suppliers towards a winwin situation and embrace the best alternative to a negotiated agreement.
  • Responsible in report documentation and provide important details to develop future forecasts, track project progress, budget planning and improve the decision making.
  • Handling tenders and responsible to obtain a fair price and best value for undertaking works.
  • Monitor projects to meet a required project scope, time range, cost and quality parameters.
  • Responsible to provide a quotation and proposed price analysis to potential clients and supplier.
  • Monitor project timeline with a complete project schedule (CPM/ work progress) and gantt chart.
  • Handling all the invoices claim report preparations and submitted to the responsible department for processing.
  • Ensure all the projects align with the project specifications and meet the client's requirement.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in prequalification exercises, tender bids and preparing quotations.
  • Able to takeoff quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
  • Must have basic knowledge of contractual matters.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)
