Junior Executive Human Resources

Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Administration
- Front office duties (answering incoming calls, receiving visitors and related)
- To record incoming and outgoing correspondences i.e letters, faxes, couriers etc and distribute to Document Controller
- In charge for office upkeep, bills, utilities etc
- Organising all HR and Admin documentation filing
- Payroll
- Calculate overtime
- Claims
- Checking of staff claims in accordance to the Company's/HR policies and procedures
- Drivers and Despatch
- In charge for drivers and dispatch whereabouts
- Motor Vehicles
- Monitor cars' service/maintenance
- Others
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Attendance record/disciplinary for HQ's staff
- Other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in handling office administration in a medium to large size organization
- Entry Levels and Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
