Role Responsibilities

  • Working closely with forwarding agent, control tower and Supply Planning Cluster on monitoring import shipments. To ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
  • Receive shipping documents and receiving report from 3PL and verify before performing Goods Receipt into Haleon's system.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation with 3PL to ensure high inventory accuracy.
  • Manage inventory writeoff.
  • Primary contact for Inventory availability for the Commercial business.
  • Monitor supplies and provide weekly report
  • Perform administration support for the team as required.
  • Preparing timely and accurate reports for LOC and Regional as required.
  • Raise Purchase Order/Shopper PO for the team especially for 3PL and vendors.
  • Perform payment verification, GR and tabulation.
  • Ensure compliance with Haleon Quality and EHS Standards.
  • Support all the internal and external audit required by business.
  • Eventually to work with Redressing Planning and coordinate with Copacker, Marketing and Warehouse on
- redressing activities, including issuance of stocks, process and GR of Finished Goods.

  • Managing custom broker team performance and billing.
  • Managing TPO for all the vendors related to CS&L team, including billings from vendors.
  • Managing pallet utilization in Haleon and Preferred Distributor.
  • Conduct biannual stock count with 3PL independently.

Accountability:

  • Proactive management of Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearance LSP's to ensure Customer Service levels are met within the market.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the LSP's and the Sites to ensure spend is optimised.
  • Communicating Inventory availability dates to the Commercial business so that customer relationships and expectations can be managed.
  • Able to work alone and independently.
  • Ensure Supplier invoices are paid in line with agreed commercial terms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, and other related.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics management at least 23 years' experience.
  • Understand commercial requirements of the market.
  • Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance knowledge.
  • Knowledge on redressing, inventory, system interface and warehouse management system.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Good communicator.
  • Basic finance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In depth knowledge of Logistics especially in inbound freight and planning activities.
  • Know how to use SAP system is a must. Especially in W&D area.
  • Preferable to hold a tertiary qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management,
- demand management, operational management.

  • Ability to work with the LSPs to deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge, including JDE, and warehouse management systems would be an advantage.
