Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic / Transportation / Business Study /Administration or
- Minimum 2 years working experience in sea freight/ logistics/ supply chain/ freight
- Good communication skill (writing, verbal, listening & presentation) in English & Bahasa
- Understand the transportation process and able to coordinate with purchasing,
- Strong critical thinking & ability to solve complex problem efficiently.
- Familiar with custom rules & regulation for export and import activity (K1,K2 & K9) &
- Ability to handle all related import & export documents properly.
- Arrangement and coordination of import and export cargo transportation.
- Prepare monthly report for all custom related matters.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and handling import & export shipment.
- Deal with import & export customs activities in relevant territories and countries to
- Plan delivery / shipment arrangement for import & export with the relevant party
- Handling the related billing, shipment cost from supplier and process the system entry
- Issuing Sales order and interwarehouse transfer related documents for export
- Arrangement and coordination of import and export cargo transportation.
- Handling of the Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) Regulations, recordkeeping and verification of progress, and supervision and coordination of bonded
- Prepare monthly report for all custom related matters.
