Job Summary:
The Intern Admin Assistant will support daily operations in Administration, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining files, coordinating shipments, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations across Admin, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics.
  • Liaise with transporters for outbound and inbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate operation files and reports.
  • Provide general office administrative support.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a
    diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type:

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
