- To be incharge of
POS on data keyin, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and etc. - To assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- To handle and ensure sufficient office supplies, facilities.
- To maintain proper filing system from time to time.
- To support on maintenance contractor sourcing.
- *
- To handle inbound and outbound calls from time to time.
- To greet and direct walkin customer to the relevant correspondent.
- Any other adhoc assignments will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time.
- *
- Minimum Cert/ Diploma in Business Admin/ Management.
- Strong analytical, planning and problemsolving skills.
- Hardworking, multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and reporting skills.
- Fresh graduates/ school leavers are welcome to apply.

Mondays to Fridays (9.30am - 6pm) & Saturdays (8.30am - 5pm)
