Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and execute sales force effectiveness plan to boost sales growth and productivity. Maintain and improve sales force effectiveness framework, training, processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Manage distributor relationships, contracts, margins, inventory, and performance. Ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Conduct audits on distributors for operational improvements. Develop sales reporting platforms and metrics for performance management.
  • Lead commercial excellence initiatives and support competitive sales metrics development. Manage sales incentives and target setting alignment.
  • Coordinate training programs for supervisors and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Statistics, Business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, and Distributor Management
  • Experience in distributor operations and traditional trade
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales management and CRM tools, Project Management, Microsoft Power BI, Office, and Excel

Remuneration:

RM 12,000 - RM 15,000
