As the Sales and Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales and product in a mobile retail company in Malaysia.

Your role will involve driving sales growth, managing product portfolios, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set sales targets, develop product strategies, and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.

KPI & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership and Management:

KPI:
Lead and motivate team of sales and product, providing guidance, coaching and support

Key Responsibilities:
 Set clear objective, monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.

Sales Strategy and Growth:

KPI:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.  Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Product Management:

KPI:
Manage the product portfolio, including product selection, pricing and inventory management

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities  Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms and product availability.

Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

KPI:
Establish sales targets, monitor performance, monitor inventory and analyze sales date to identify areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.  Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition.  Assist in managing store inventory and monitoring stock levels.  Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.  Support the Operations Store Manager in analyzing product demand and implementing inventory management strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

KPI:
Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, other departments and external skateholders to align sales and product strategies

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide input and support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.  Foster effective communication and collaboration among teams to achieve common goals.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.  Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business relationships.  Identify partnership opportunities to drive sales growth and enhance product offerings.

Data Analysis and Reporting

KPI:
Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making

Key Responsibilities:
 Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.  Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for key operational metrics.  Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.  Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze relevant data.  Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's competitors in the market  Identify areas where the company can improve to gain a competitive advantage
