Help the project manager in administrative duties and processes

  • Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project
  • Prepare and distribute project materials
  • Assist in project costing and process invoices to finance department.
  • Knowledge in technical drawings & Design/ Drafting software, e.g. AutoCAD
  • Manage and update documents under project master document list and generate updated document list.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule & Auto Cad)

Others

  • Is Independent and has good organizational skills
  • Able to communicate and coordinate in a clear and organised manner with others
  • Responsible, Diligent and Honest
  • Must be able to speak and write in English

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm
  • Saturday 8.30am pm
  • Must be able to work overtime including public holidays if needed
