Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintenance and safekeeping of complete and updated foreign worker database.
  • To register/ renew/ terminate FWCS. Highlight and handle worker's resignation, end of contract and long leave.
  • To comply to all government and statutory requirements for direct labor.
  • Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organizational objectives.
  • Any other adhoc tasks that have been assigned by the immediate superior relating to foreign employment or management.
  • Assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and checkout memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment.
  • Assist in onboarding procedures, including arrangement in picking up foreign workers from airport upon arrival, medical checkup and etc.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Labor Law, Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act is essential. Familiar with Foreign Worker Act.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Min Diploma and HR Generalist background.
  • Experience or exposure in dealing with JTK and/or Malaysia regulatory department.
  • Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Words & Powerpoint.
  • Willing to work in irregular hours including weekends or public holidays.
Expected Start Date: 11/16/2023

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
