Position Title:
Customer Service - Japanese Speaker

Working Location:
Petaling Jaya

Tenure: 1 year contract / Renewable basis

Salary:
Up to 10K ( Depending on Experience)

Working Hour:
Rotational Shift Basis

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Digital Social Media platform
  • Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline
  • Accountable for the success and quality of the process
  • Reviewing content (videos, image, text, livestreaming and audio) in accordance with Client's processes and policies.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding LIVE actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
  • Ensures that the process is followed correctly inService Operations.
  • Approves management reporting and tool requirements.
  • Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fresh grad is welcomed to apply.
  • Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
  • Ready to work in 24/7 environment.
  • Can start work immediately

Job Types:
Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
