Admin Assistant
Location:
Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Expected date to start: 1st August 202- Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
- Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
- Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
- Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
- Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
- Assist to generate billing and send out to the purchasers
- Assist to send reminder to the defaulters
- Responsible in general office administration
- Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
- Perform adhoc tasks as assign by superior
