Office Admin Job Description

  • To perform in general daily administrative duties (delivery orders, invoices, customer payment entry etc).
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure the timely deliveries.
  • Establish good relationships with customers, addressing their questions and needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the accounting team in preparing monthly financial reports and statements, including utility expense summaries.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month
