Responsibilities:

Accounting

  • Handle daily general accounting matters.
  • Preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports for Management review
purposes.

  • Follow up on payment matters from respective suppliers and customers.
  • Dealing with bank officers on any matters relating to bank transactions.
  • Prioritised payment release based on the urgency.
  • Issuing payment claims to employees on medical, mileage, and etc.
  • Make payment for monthly utility bills.
  • Process monthly salary payment sent by the HR Department.
  • Make payment for government statutory contributions (EPF, Socso, EIS
& Income Tax).

  • Other accounting ad hoc tasks.
Admin

  • Handling stationeries stock keeping when required.
  • Arranging monthly birthday celebrations for staff.
  • Refill Staff Refreshment accordingly.
  • Other admin ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

- skills would be better.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (required)
