Job Scope Account and Admin:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the accounting function, keeping full set of books, which include timely preparation of financial and management reports, account payable/receivable, cost, sales, and cashflow reports.
  • Able to liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, authorities, and all levels of people
  • Co-ordinate and ensure smooth implantation of policies, procedures, and controls and be in line with the Group's emphasis on timely reporting and accountability Human Resources
  • Work closely with operations team
  • Administrative support which includes filing, drafting letters, and maintaining HR database and employee information.
  • To assist the company in developing, updating, and implementing organization HR process.
  • Assist in handling staff issue for outlet / operations
  • Prepare monthly salary, EPF and Socso.
  • Any other duties as and when required by management Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma/LCCI higher with at least 3 years working experience in related fields
  • IT industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Mature, independent, pro-active, and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Responsible, efficient, meticulous, hardworking, sensitive to figures.
  • Computer literate and well verse in accounting software. Knowledge of 365 Accounting system is added advantage.
  • Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
