HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

What you will do?

  • Handle full hiring process of foreign workers from filtering bios, arranging necessary documents and upon their arrival from their country
  • Get in touch with Hiring Agent to recruit foreign workers
  • Update and maintain Foreign Workers' records (FOMEMA, Contract, Working Visa & Passport etc.)
  • Assist in submission related documents to Immigration department
  • Arrange FOMEMA check up for workers
  • Assist supervisor in hostel related matter such as maintenance and arrangement
  • Cross check incentive/allowance calculation and payroll verification
  • Get daily updates on workers' issue from supervisors
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation and filing
  • Prepare letters and memos
  • Write minutes
  • Schedule and monitor cleaner's attendance
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned from time to time by superior

What we need from you?

  • Min 23 years of relevant working experiences
  • Good command of Chinese & Malay (spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong sense of responsibility
