Job Description_

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files and records.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training. Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.

HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information. Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed for HR initiatives and decision-making.

Employee Relations: Provide support for employee relations matters, such as investigating complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating resolution.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.

Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as data entry, verifying timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries.

Training and Development: Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.

HR Projects and Initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.

General HR Assistance: Provide general assistance and support to HR team members as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department.

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30AM / 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Working Location:
Sungai Buloh, Selangor (Possesses have own transport)

Main Language:
Fluent in English & Bahasa

Contract to permanent (Based on performance)

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
