**HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT**

**What you will do?**
- Handle full hiring process of foreign workers from filtering bios, arranging necessary documents and upon their arrival from their country
- Get in touch with Hiring Agent to recruit foreign workers
- Update and maintain Foreign Workers' records (FOMEMA, Contract, Working Visa & Passport etc.)
- Assist in submission related documents to Immigration department
- Arrange FOMEMA check up for workers
- Assist supervisor in hostel related matter such as maintenance and arrangement
- Cross check incentive/allowance calculation and payroll verification
- Get daily updates on workers’ issue from supervisors
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation and filing
- Prepare letters and memos
- Write minutes
- Schedule and monitor cleaner's attendance
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by superior

**What we need from you?**
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
- Good command of Chinese & Malay (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy
- Strong sense of responsibility
