**HR Business Partner**
**FFM Berhad, Sungai Buloh (on-site)**
The main objective of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is to align human resources strategies and activities with the overall business objectives of the organization. In other words, the HRBP aims to bridge the gap between HR and the business, acting as a strategic partner and consultant to the people managers.
- Strategize, plan and drive HR activities and initiatives through strong relationship with the people managers across FFM Group in providing integrated HR solutions and services towards achieving the business targets.
- Collaborate with other HR functional departments within FFM group on the HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure relevancy and adequacy in line with the business needs.
- Develop and foster key relationships with the People Managers to drive group HR priorities in accordance with the company’s HR policy, procedures and practices while supporting the entities towards achieving the deliverable targets.
- Strategize, plan, and drive the initiatives and activities in the design, development and delivery of integrated HR solutions and services (talent sourcing, talent engagement and talent development) in implementing priorities in fast-changing environment to accomplish the business outcomes.
- Collaborate with various HR functional departments in FFM Group on the initiatives and facilitate the implementation planning by providing entity specific insights and resolution to ensure relevancy and adequacy and providing specific inputs with the business objectives.
- Facilitate the identification of development needs and interventions with people managers (in collaboration with L&D Manager) to close gaps in functional and leadership competencies identified during assessment and/or yearly performance reviews for entities.
- Assist in collaborating with HR Leads across FFM Group in building sustainable leadership pipeline for critical roles and facilitating the implementation of appropriate training, development, and mobility for ready talents in line with agreed Individual Development Plans (IDP) of the identified successors for business-critical positions (in collaboration with the L&D Manager).
- Act as change agent in leading and facilitating engagement activities and other strategic initiatives to promote transformations.
**Education & Qualification**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is a must, or any other equivalent field.
- At least 8 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Retention. Experience in Industrial Relations is an added advantage.
- Experience working with HR Management Systems is a must. Work experience with Success Factors will be an added advantage.

- Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards.
- Strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work through ambiguities and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees’ at all levels in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly meticulous with strong attention to details, excellent management skills and ability to organize and plan effectively to meet both short and long-range goals and objectives.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continual improvement.

- External - HRMS service providers, and relevant parties from PPB Group
