1. Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. e.g. work permit renewal, Fomema, insurance etc.
2. Preparing and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll for foreign workers.
4. To carry out research as well as to maintain, improve and update current policies and procedures / SOP in compliance with government regulation and company requirement.
5. To support for company administration matter and training arrangement.
6. To ensure all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Experience in dealing with labour office will be an added advantage.
8. Any other task assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:
1. SPM or diploma or certificate in business administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year experience of human resource and administration work or related field in manufacturing.
3. PC literate; knowledge in Microsoft Offices.
4. Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
5. Must be able to work independently with little instruction and order.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
