HR & Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Need to do Payroll staff and any payment arrangement
- Need to checking attendance staff and report to HR Manager if there any staff that didn't complete their clock in n clock out during their working hour
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Attend meetings and record mandarin class 15 minutes n upload in Student system.
- Reports to HR Manager with any issues, problems, updates, or questions.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed by HR Manager and Senior HR Executives
**Requirements**:
- **Ages must max 30 yrs old**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- **Exellent knowledge and expert with Microsoft Office**:
- **Has experience doing payroll staff in previous company**:
- **Prefer Work in Office - Sungai Besi KL or Desa Tebrau JB**
