HR and Admin Executive

Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Employee Records
- Prepare/update reports, forms, letters, graphs, meeting minutes as required
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required
- Ensures new employees are hired within guidelines, with consistency and timeliness in payroll administration
- Manage HR transactional activities for multiple countries in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Resourcing and Recruitment, Exit and Post-Employment, Manage Payroll, Time and Attendance and Manage Employee Morale and Interaction
- 2-5 years of general administrative experience in high volume, fast paced environment
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources and admin: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
