HR Officer

Understanding the recruitment need.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Manage end to end recruitment function of the business from sourcing until onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, etc.
- Attend career fairs and conferences when needed.
- Perform Orientation for new Hire or any training if necessary.
- Partnering with Vendor to ensure internal and external audit compliance.
- Responsible for timely preparation for HR - recruitment reports.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
