**About the Job**
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently handle HR-related tasks, with a focus on recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and personnel management.
- Formulate and implement human resource management systems and policies.
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage executive-level personnel filing and information updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive salary information.
- Coordinate leave and attendance records, and manage statutory contributions payments.
- Develop and implement annual HR planning and recruitment strategies.
- Formulate and enhance the salary system and incentive mechanisms.
- Identify and nurture key talents while ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
- Coordinate and manage company meetings and collective activities.
- Oversee environmental sanitation, security, safety, and 6S inspections.
- Maintain and manage office equipment, administrative assets, and daily affairs.
**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Human Resources Management administration in manufacturing or significant experience in Recruitment Management in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in **English, Malay, and Mandarin (written & spoken).**:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Familiarity with Info-tech Payroll systems is an added advantage.
- High sense of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and PR skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
- Must be based primarily in **Bukit Badong, Ijok Selangor.**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
