HR Manager

To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
To analyse, review and further develop the HR policies, procedures and practices which to be implement and execute in a professional manner.
Manage the recruitment, selection process, manpower planning.
Monitor, review employee compensation and benefit packages from time to time and provide the proposal to management when necessary.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover rates and cost/hire) and succession planning.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Industrial & Employee relations, including managing disciplinary cases and engagement programs.
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
Identify, develop and coordinate training program for the company.
To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when needed.
